Kim speaks to leadership teams, nonprofit and faith based organizations on topics including emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, leadership, life purpose and overcoming obstacles to a faith based life. In each case, she combines inspiration and motivation with real-world application.
Drawing on her background in behavioral science and special education, Kim uses storytelling and humor to convey her message, entertaining as she provokes practical steps for change. She brings insight, compassion and frankness to each topic, and her willingness to “get real” gives her words even greater impact.
With more than 2500 speeches, seminars, retreats and workshops to her credit, Kim has been featured in events from coast to coast and as far away as India and Africa.
She holds a Bachelor of Sociology Degree and a Masters degree in Special Education from Vanderbilt University. Married to the same man for over 35 years, she has modeled, ranched, taught disabled children, raised five youngsters of her own, travelled widely, and cooked more meals for college students and adult study groups than she could ever remember.
